Kara Jonsson is an Artistic Administrator, Director, and Entrepreneur. Most recently she founded heARTwork by Kara Shea Jonsson: An online program for the career and personal development of performing artists. Kara previously served as the Admission Counselor for The School of Fine and Performing Arts at Rider University. Her theatrical and administrative work includes; Assistant Director for the Off Broadway production of & "Assistants" the Musical, Artistic Intern for the Passage Theatre Company, Director of "I and You: A Workshop Production", Company Manager at The Forestburgh Playhouse, and Instructor for the Trenton PEERS Youth Program.

At the Passage, Kara manages and organizes the Marketing initiatives for Passage. This includes social media, mailings, and the website. Alongside the other team members, Kara helps to spread the word about Passage and introduce our work to new community members.
