COVID Policy: Mill Hill Playhouse
We are closely monitoring the situation surrounding COVID-19 as it evolves on a daily basis and will continue to provide updates on future events, and health and safety protocols here. This policy will be updated before each live event.
Vaccination Policy: Audience members over the age of 12 will be required to show proof that they are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 when entering these theatres. Exceptions will be made for children under 12 and people with a medical or religious exemption to vaccination. These guests must show proof of a negative PCR test taken within 36 hours of the performance time or a negative antigen test taken within 6 hours of the performance time. All guests regardless of age or vaccination status will be required to wear masks while inside the theatre building. Passage will provide complimentary masks if needed.
Contactless Transactions: When possible, buy your tickets in advance so that we may reduce the time you need to spend at the box office. Your experience can be touchless if your purchase is complete before you arrive. You will be offered a paper program, but can also open a virtual program online if you prefer. If you need to buy tickets at the show, we will strive to make your experience as smooth and quick as possible.
Hand Sanitizer: Hand sanitizer will be available at several locations throughout the facility.
Refunds and Exchanges: If we need to cancel a performance, your ticket will be fully refunded. If you need to reschedule your visit for health reasons, you may do so for any performance throughout the season with a ticket of equal or lesser value.
Screening Questions: Prior to their arrival at the theatre, patrons will be asked to complete a health screening. Patrons will be asked to agree that they are not currently ill or awaiting test results prior to entering the playhouse. They will also be asked to affirm that they have not been exposed to anyone who has tested positive for the coronavirus in the past 14 days.
