General Info

playhouseVenue

Unless otherwise noted, the venue for all Passage Theatre performances is the Mill Hill Playhouse, located at 205 East Front Street at the corner of Montgomery Street, in Trenton, NJ.

The Mill Hill Playhouse is an intimate 99 seat theater renovated from an historic stone church. Seating is open for all performances.

Accessibility

Assitive listening devices and large print programs are available upon request at the box office. The Mill Hill Playhouse is wheelchair accessible.

Box Office Hours & Policies

During weeks with no performances, the box office is available Monday-Friday 10:30am-5:30pm.

During these times, you can purchase tickets at the Passage Theatre administrative offices.  These are located at 219 East Hanover St., between Stockton & Montgomery.

You may also phone-in orders to (609) 392-0766.

During show days, the box office will reopen at the theatre one hour prior to the performance time.

Voice Mail Reservations

You may use Voicemail to reserve tickets on performance days, 24 hours per day, up until 90 minutes before show times. On Saturdays or Sundays when performances are scheduled, we regularly check voicemail messages for ticket reservations. If the show sells out, we will mention it in our outgoing voicemail message. Otherwise, you can assume tickets are available.  Feel free to call us at any time, and leave detailed information including the number of tickets you require, your name, the performance date, and a return phone number.

Do NOT expect a return phone call from us on Saturdays or Sundays, or if you call less than 3 hours before a scheduled performance: we will call you only if there's a problem. If you don't hear from us, come to the theater. Your tickets will be waiting for you.  Please arrive at the box office at least 20 minutes prior to the scheduled performance.  If you arrive later, and the show sells out, your reservation may be released to someone on the waiting list.

Online Purchases

You may purchase tickets to all shows as well as subscriptions online.

Sell-Outs and Waiting Lists

If a performance is sold out, we maintain a waiting list at the box office. We give priority to guests of subscribers; after that, waiting list priority is determined by the order in which patrons sign-in at the box office. There is usually a substantial number of "no-shows" among ticketed patrons.  While there can be no guarantees, it is rare that we can't seat patrons on our waiting list.
